Chat Show Queen Oprah Winfrey to Dedicate Show to Dog
TV chat show queen Oprah Winfrey is to investigate puppy farms / puppy mills on her wildly successful show.

The star will dedicate the entire show to her late cocker spaniel, Sophie, who died in February from kidney failure.
“Sophie gave me 13 years of unconditional love. She was a true love in my life,” Winfrey says on the broadcast scheduled to air Friday.
(this show is) “for anybody anywhere who loves a dog, has ever loved a dog, or just cares about their basic right to humane treatment.”
While Oprah’s own dog, Sophie was not a product of a puppy mill, her three current dogs were adopted from breeders, Winfrey says in the future she would look to adopt from a dog rescue shelter.
“I would never, ever adopt another pet now without going to a shelter to do it. I am a changed woman after seeing this show”

Hi there – spent all morning trying to get into this page – Just love Oprah and have done for a long time (nearly 60)
I Am going to be very cheeky and ask if anyone has an autographed picture of Oprah that they could scan and send to me.
I live in a small village called Haenertsburg in the Limpopo Province – recently the disgusting practice of puppy mills/ farms has been exposed in our media. WE, as a community are outraged and have organized a DOG DAY FUN AFTERNOON – fun day for dogs and their owners to raise funds to assist with the re-homing of over 250 dogs.
More than 10 have already died because we were too late to save them.
I’am know that you did an expose on Puppy Mills last year and therefore I am sure that one of you super Americans might be able to assist.
The Picture would be used as a major prize or even a raffle
Yours in hope
